Their goal is to improve healthcare in rural areas of Cameroon, where the following problems prevail, including: 

  • A severe shortage of medical personnel
  • Limited training opportunities
  • Outdated equipment in healthcare facilities
  • Poorly equipped training centres and a shortage of teachers

Knowledge transfer through state-of-the-art technologies and modern training methods, e.g., the use of simulation equipment, bedside teaching, and peer-to-peer learning.
