The role of the diaspora is more important today than ever. I want to help shape democratic and sustainable processes as well as the geopolitical landscape. As a member of the Diaspora Advisory Board, I am committed to a better future – one that is in harmony with nature, the environment and the economy.

My superpowers are leadership and listening. I am also solution-oriented and very pragmatic.

I am the founder and host of the podcast Diaspora Talk, which now features over 40 episodes and offers a platform to all those who want to build bridges – members of the diaspora and those who have no migration history, alike. I am also a volunteer member of the ‘Diaspora Summit’ organisation team. 

Since 2010, I have been part of the diaspora organisation Latinka e.V., where I promote a resilient society as the founder and chairman of its board. Additionally, I am a steering committee member of the Karlsruhe “Eine Welt” network. As an expert in sustainable and modern association management, I give keynote speeches and run workshops.
