I was born and raised in Bangladesh. Over the past 23 years, I have worked in development cooperation in various countries, including Bangladesh, India and Nepal.
Drawing from my migration background and lived experience as a diaspora member in Germany, I believe that my unique perspective can help enhance the MEG's diaspora portfolio.
I would say, these are, my extensive experience in migration issues, along with my educational background and work at GIZ. These will help me contribute effectively to the Board.
I am Chief Executive of the organisation Aloghar Support Group-Germany e.V. (ASG e.V.). I am also a DAAD scholarship holder with a Master's degree in Development Management from the Ruhr University Bochum.
