As a member of the Diaspora Advisory Board, my primary goal is to develop new tools and instruments that will encourage more members of the diaspora to engage in the development of their countries of origin. I am particularly focused on contributing to the reconstruction of Ukraine.

My superpower is my professional experience as an international expert and the in-depth knowledge I possess about donor funding for various countries. I know how to identify needs and potentials for growth, how to shape project proposals, how to report and secure the sustainable development of projects with long-lasting effects for the communities.

I have a background in project management and systemic thinking. I also have a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of current diaspora programmes, which helps me to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
